Actually this order left me very disappointed. This was a premium order that cost $194, and I could not believe the lack of care in it's presentation. Last month I had ordered a yellow sympathy rose arrangement that was beautifully done. it was not the premium choice it was the middle option for $167 it contained many beautiful fresh roses babies breath greens a lovely ribbon on the vase many people commented on it's beauty, so when I had the occasion to use you again I did not hesitate, but this "premium arrangement lacked the care and detail of my previous order. The roses were all withered and brown on the edges there was barely any babies breath no ribbon looked like it was thrown together certainly did not look how I expected for the top of the line choice. To be honest I was embarrassed and you should be too!!
The item I ordered was perfect, as the recipient indicated it was beautiful. Shalimar communicated with me that they were switching the container, and not only called but also emailed me too. Customer service is top notch, along with their arrangements.
