The flowers I ordered were almost $300 with delivery and tax. However they were unavailable and I agreed to have a different arrangement for the same price over the phone. This flower shop ended up sending a bouquet of traditional funeral flowers to my friend for her birthday (even though they knew it was a birthday). As a florist, this is something they should be well aware of. Furthermore, the flowers were not worth even this price at all!!! I feel scammed. I called to complain and someone said they will get back to me after speaking to the boss. I never received another phone call. I will not be a returning customer!! Stay away.

I'd give more than 5 stars if possible. I use Shalimar for all my Toronto-based orders throughout the year; and I order online from California. Their communication and response time is awesome and their service great. Any questions and they pick up the phone to call.

The item I ordered was perfect, as the recipient indicated it was beautiful. Shalimar communicated with me that they were switching the container, and not only called but also emailed me too. Customer service is top notch, along with their arrangements.
